BUSINESS AND CIVIL CONDITIONS OF THE HOTEL

Terms of payment:

- a mandatory deposit or deposit of 50% of the reservation price may be required for a mandatory reservation of accommodation;

- The reservation is valid after the hotel's confirmation

- However, the obligation of reservation by the client or the client is not paid by the deposit or financial guarantee. the guest does not lose its validity and applies to any possible downsides

- in the case of a reservation and a visit to the accommodation without the payment of a security, the guest can not require accommodation; if the hotel finds the option to still provide accommodation, it is entitled to request a fee of 15 € for each room (for the apartment 25 €);

- The price of the stay is paid in cash or by credit card upon arrival;

- Reservations for January and February are preferred for min. 4-day stays

 

Unexpected accommodation unavailability: If rooms are not available due to force majeure, the hotel management reserves the right to provide other accommodation in a similar or higher class or in extreme cases to cancel the reservation with refund of the amount paid in full, without the guest's claim for damages for any reason.

 

Client Cancellation Policy:

60 to 30 days before arrival: 10% of the price of the ordered services;

30 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the price of the ordered services;

13 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the price of the ordered services;

6 days and less before arrival 100% of the price of the ordered services;

hotel not attending: 100% of the price of the ordered services;

 

Cancellation Policy:

14 to 8 days before arrival: 15% of accommodation;

7 days and less: 30% of accommodation;

 

Cancellation / cancellation of the reservation - hotel service order - must always be done in writing to the client or hotel, either by written request from the client delivered to the hotel address or by e-mail of the client, delivered to the hotel's e-mail address (info @ hotelosobita. sk). A cancellation or change of reservation (hotel service order) is a written confirmation that the hotel has canceled or changed the reservation (hotel service order) from the client (not required by the client).

The business and cancellation policy can be changed on a one-sided basis. Change is linked to guests who do not yet have cancellation terms.

 

Hotel price list is a non-binding hotel and may be subject to seasonal, occupancy and other circumstances without notice.

 

Information on Consumer Dispute Resolution:
